Pain anchor? Hmmm, sounds like it will prevent you from disengaging from your body? I don't know anything about it, but perhaps some other anchors would make more sense. |

Thank you for the idea about the pain anchor, and sivason, do you have any ideas of any other anchors I could use instead? Preferably anchors which are physical, and not mental, because I seem to have low willpower when it comes to staying focused on something mentally. |

If you mostly sleep on your side, then simply sleeping flat on your back could work as it will be just enough uncomfortable to prevent you from forgeting that you are trying to WILD. |
