A safe way to create pain anchor while sleeping on side?

Hi Guys, i've got a question.
How can i induce a pain while sleeping on side, so that i could use it as anchor in WILD?

      - Thanks

You can WILD in any position. So I would assume, it goes the same for an anchor.

May I ask why you would like a pain anchor? I'm not really partial to them, because to me they are distracting.

I prefer a mantra for an anchor.

I've been following BillyBob's WILD tutorial in which he used pain anchor
Pain anchor seems to works best from all anchors for me
Tried lots of different anchors and they didn't worked or just purely on luck

At sunday morning i've had successful WILD with Billybob's way using pain anchor
Today i had 2 -3 wild entry sensations
Yesterday i've reached HI but it went away
For some reason i couldn't progress further yesterday and also today
Either HI, vibrations, paralysis worn off or it just stayed and didn't progress me to ld

I thought that it might be caused by using too strong pain anchor or i've just subconscioussly excepted / waited which maybe prevented me from getting into dreamworld

So i've made thread wondering if other people have some good pain anchor inducing methods while sleeping on side

I wanted to use that as well one day - but I have no really good ideas, too. I would refrain from lying on a hand or some such - that could do damage, if the blood-circulation goes dead. Maybe lie on something uncomfortable - what comes to my mind just now is such a spiky doggy-ball?
