      The most simple wild tutorial.

      So...
1.Wake up 3-6 hours of sleep.
      2. Now go to sleep except be aware of your thoughts. Just see whats going on in your head. If you notice your thoughts becoming really random thats the key sign. You are close. If you start to see vivid images or any sceanary focus on it. Try to get sunken into it.
3.If you manage to be aware of what was going on in your mind to this point you should have had lucid dream.

The idea is to forget your body, forget relaxation, forget meditative state or any other thing you have learned since you already know how to sleep.
When you go to sleep you while being aware whats going on in your mind and knowing that you are going to dream should be enough to wild.

I made this since reading all the wild tutorials myself i made it way too complicated which caused me to fail. I used to have the idea that i had to stay still or be completely relaxed which where just too much to focus on. Just kept me awake.

I really like the barebones tutorial, because I do believe that many tutorials out there make it too compicated and complex without realizing it which can be hard for newcomers.
I do have some input I would like to suggest

Once th HI begin to form scenes and images, a better way to put it rather than focus on it, is emerse yourself in the scene by imagining yourself there and integrating all of your senses one at a time. It is far too easy to get lost in a non-lucid by allowing the scene to continually evolve and shape around you. You really have to merge yourself into the very fabric of that scene. If it happens to be on the beach, imagine the warmth of the suns rays on your skin, smell the salt in the air, listen to the cascading waves crashing onto the soft sand and washing up over your feet. When you ground your senses in the scene you then BECOME part of the scene. I just think that people will have a better understanding of what you meant this way

I hope you dont take this the wrong way, I am by no means trying to be a know it all or prick for giving some advice Great tutorial overall! Keep it simple!

Here's a tip that works for me. When I WILD, I try to just let my thoughts loose. Pay attention to what happens (imagery, sounds, feelings etc.) as a casual observer.
Try not to think of your real body in bed. If you do it sets you back a bit, but just get straight back to observing.
Then, as you get close, what seems to work for me is to sort of gently try to move your dream body. Imagine, (don't really move!), raising your arms or spinning gently, or swinging your legs.
If the timing is right you should find that triggers the dream scene - at least it has done for me.
One time I gently turned and then found myself falling and spinning down and down in a sort of mist, before I was falling from a height onto a house, a bit like Dorothy, but not with the house!

BUT, this subtle imagined body movement has to be quite casual and not forced. Quite difficult to get the balance right.

I think the movement thing somehow breaks you free from your real body, like an OBE, and confirms that you are dreaming.
