Sore head

I've had to give up my WILD attempts because the last three tries have given me a really nasty headache which has lingered for hours. Has anyone else had this problem?? (Its a shame too, coz I had the feeling I was getting close to decent success!)

What exactly are you doing during your attempt? I have never had this happen during or after WILD.

Nothing unusual I hope! Just lying (or sitting ) keeping fairly still while repeating a wee mantra. The last three times ive been getting to what I reckon is a good place then I get a searing headache and that's the end of that.
