Question Was it a WILD or a MILD?!

The previous night I had a bizarre experience while practicing WILD and I would like to share it with you.

First I would like to give you some information about my mind set during the day.I had a great day of practicing rcs and expecting to have a busy night with multiple WBTB and WILD attempts! I went to bed after practicing some meditation around 03:00 and set my first alarm at 07:30. As I woke up at 07:30 I realized that I couldn’t remember any dream so thought that I should put a second alarm at 08:30. At this time as I woke up I could remember just a fragment of a dream with me practicing LD, so I decided that this was the right time!

I stayed up for about 20 minutes (10 of them meditating) and then I went back to bed. I was totally awake at this time so I found it a bit difficult falling asleep. First I tried to relax my body and do all the wild process but soon I found myself focusing so much on having HI and I decided to do some body scan exercise which always help me to fall asleep.(in this moment time was 09:10). After a couple of minutes I fell into deep NREM sleep for a while.

In this point I would like to mention that I was repeating my mantra all the time and had the intention to create a clear image of a “Dreamscape” so I can enter it when it is time.

As I was in this deep sleep without consciousness suddenly the image of the “Dreamscape” appeared in front of my eyes and I gained my consciousness back realizing that this is the picture that I was looking for. Immediately I decided to enter the dream and I felt this creepy mixture of vibrations and numbness that I had felt while entering dreams with DEILD. From this moment I was lucid with really high awareness until I wake up from my excitement after about 1 minute.(time 09:17)

So I am questioning myself this was a WILD or a MILD? Because I felt the sensation of entering a dream but I was unconscious for at least 3-4 minutes as I can calculate it.

Thanks for reading. Any explanations/comments would be welcomed! 

For those who would like to read the dream I will post an entry in my DJ .

Sounds close to a WILD. Technically you lost consciousness, so it's a DILD, but close enough to wake initiated for me

MILD (Mnemonic Induced Lucid Dream) is a technique, not a kind of dream.

I think that prospective memory played the major role in this LD thats why i called this MILD
