WILD-ing immediately after waking without moving

I started trying to LD again, after about a year away from it, about a month ago with the intention to DILD.
I have not had any LD's via dild but in just the last 7 days i have had 3 spontaneous WILDs, in a way i haven't read about (please link me to this tech if it's already been written about, which it very likely has).

      Here's how they happened.
I got my recall good enough so that i don't have to try and remember my dreams anymore, they're just with me in full detail as soon as i awake, and my morning dream recall time is now more like morning dream reflection because i don't have to recall much at all.

I was in a dream, not lucid, and began to wake up. I momentarily had the strange experience of being able to feel my bed and my physical body whilst still dreaming. Then the dream was gone, and i was lying in bed, still, with my eyes closed. I was awake but still felt sleepy and dreamy, so i decide to try and go back into a dream. I tell myself the dream will be lucid.

I try to imagine and visualise my little brother, standing in front of a brick wall, repeating the words "this is a dream." i cannot see him, but after only a few moments of imagining this the red wall appears in my vision. Out of nowhere my phone appears in front of my face, and i imagine typing my LD goals down onto my phone. I can still feel my bed and the dream imagery isn't stable at all. In fact, the colour of my phone is inconsistent, flickering between its usual yellow backround to a white nothing. When my attention is on my physical body i begin to loose the dream, and when i focus on the instability of the dream the more instable it becomes. So, instead, I focus intently on the writing and begin to notice spelling mistakes. I move my dream fingers (which i notice i can do, and i notice they actually feel like my real fingers) to tap on and fix the mistakes. I've become so engrossed in the writing that i forgot i was falling asleep, but then i notice that the colour of my phone has stabilised to yellow which in turn leads me to realise that i can't feel my physical body anymore, only my dream body. I look away from my phone, fully lucid, and explore my environment and continue with my dream.

The next time it happened was a few days later. I again felt myself waking up from a dream, and i again was lying in bed with my eyes closed. Instead of opening my eyes or adjusting my body i stay still, looking into the darkness of my eyelids, and try to go back into a dream. I visualise writing again, since it worked well last time, and very quickly i can actually see the writing in my vision, cursive writing on paper this time. The dream stabilises fast and i look up from the piece of paper to see that i'm standing in the same dream i had previously awoken from, but now i'm lucid. I look at the paper and it says that "Things have gotten bad since i've been gone" and indeed i am in a very creepy ominous house and i'm sure there's a monster there. Wanting to be somewhere nice, I look at the front door and tell myself "outside that door is a beach and sunlight." Unfortunately there is a window in the front door and i can see it's dark outside before i open it, and with that doubt there was no sunlight, but there was a beach. In my excitement about having made a beach appear i awake.

I re enter the dream immediately, wanting to keep LDing, using the same method. It takes a little longer this time since my body really wants to be awake now, but i eventually can see the same piece of paper and writing in my vision. I tell myself, "I am on the beach, in the sun." And before i look up from the paper i can see that it is lit with sunlight, and i can feel the sunlight on my face, so i am sure that there is sun before i look up. And sure enough when i do, i am standing on the beach in the sun. I am pretty ecstatic about this accomplishment and feel awesome just standing on the beach in the sun.

This morning i tried to do it again after awaking with an alarm, but it didn't work even though i was tired. I think the alarm ruins it for me, because moving myself and opening my eyes to turn off the alarm really pulls me out of sleeptime- but maybe that's because i'm an insomniac.

Has anyone done something similar? I didnt experience any hypnogogia or other common WILD experiences.
