      Question Easy anchor?

So, I need an anchor for WILD that's easy to focus on but not too heavy.
Basically I'm focusing on my body as anchor to get close to sleep but it requires too much focus to actually fall asleep for me. This is why I'm looking for another anchor I can easily focus on because it's pretty hard to not focus on your body at that moment since you're feeling a ton of things going on with it.
That's why now, I'm trying to focus on something else instead that's easy to focus on and lighter than focusing on my body so I can actually fall asleep.

If you have any ideas, feel free to comment it :p, thanks in advance

What did you think of JayyTheDivine and Michael79's responses? Did they misunderstand your question? In which way did these suggestions not work for you? Or do you wish you had a larger list from which to pick from?

I suggest: your breathing. (But I guess you already use that one).

That's fine. I'm just thinking if you respond and give feedback on the answers, they might be able to adjust their answer and new people will be able to avoid repeating the same suggestions. For example, I'm not too sure what you're looking for.

What do you think about breathing as an anchor? You say your body is too heavy, or requires too much focus... Is that because the body is so large? Would focusing on just one part of your body such as your hand help? Perhaps, wearing something such as a watch or bracelet that can add a light stimulus to your wrist? Or some sort of blanket, where the anchor can be the perceived weight above you?

From experience, I don't think I like these last suggestions I gave you because you might lose the sensation of them as you fall asleep. I do. EDIT: But now, I'm thinking FILD may circumvent this... so I'm gonna check it out. Maybe it's interesting to you to.

Regardless, good luck finding an anchor that works for you
