      Will WILD Work during Naps?

      So yes, whenever I wake up in the night to do WILD I get to tired to even think about it so I just go back to sleep, so I'm thinking naps may be better for WILD, but will WILD even work during naps? Because I thought to do WILD you had to be near REM sleep, and afternoon naps are sort of far away from REM sleep (Atleast I think so) So...my question is will WILD work during naps?

      Ofcourse it will work! I use naps since i started with lucid dreaming, naps are golden time for lucid dreaming, and that includes WILD too, since during naps we actually go straight into REM most of time, and while on it you will more likely get more DILDs as well.
      Though you might need to experiment a bit with the nap time till you find the time that works best(and that time is varied from person to person), and make sure that you actually can fall asleep at that time.

      From what I've heard (not personal experience) WILD's work really well during Naps, and are often the preferred technique when you want to lucid nap.

      Naps are, personally, my favorite time to perform WILDs. For one, you don't have to bother waking up in the middle of the night. I tend to be half asleep and say, "Fuck it." I just turn off the alarm clock and go back to sleep without trying. I then wake up in the morning and am like, "Damn it!!! I did it again!" With naps, this isn't a problem. Remember the #1 rule for WILDing though, you HAVE to fall asleep. So, if you are "all jacked up on Mountain Dew," its not going to be easy to have a successful Nap WILD.

      Checker is right on point with the timing. It depends on the individual. Just keep in mind that the longer you wait, the harder it may be to get the WILD process started. I suggest trying 1-6 hours after waking in the morning. Now, you can be successful outside of that time frame, but this is the easiest time frame in my experience. Just play around with it and you'll be able to see what works best for you.
