      WILD attempt help

I have been trying to WILD for about a week or so now and the same thing seems to keep happening to me every attempt. I lay motionless in a comfortable position and count my breaths in my head and keep repeating Im dreaming between breaths. The problem is I get to a point where my body starts to feel heavy and everything looks "darker" behind me closed eyelids, but then it will just fade or I stay in this half sleep paralysis state all night if I let it and never actually go into a dream. I have tried to WILD after WBTB, during a nap, and before I have already slept and its the same out come every time, just a weird half SP state that I can stay in for only a few seconds or sometimes all night!! So if you notice something Im doing wrong, or have any suggestions I would really appreciate it!

Ok, you can try this. Here is what I do. Once you get into that state where you feel very heavy and and whatnot. Change position. Roll over on your side or whatever you like. Move slowly, keeping your eyes closed the whole time. Then once you have changed position lie still once again. Often time, I hit SP right after I change position. Give it a try!
