It isn't anything to worry about. When you put your head down into your own arms, it creates a very dark environment for your eyes. Your pupils adjust to the dark. Once you raised your head back up, you went from an extremely dark environment to a much brighter one. The foggy/fuzzy/blurred vision was simply your eyes re-adjusting to the rooms brightness. This doesn't have anything to do with the WILD attempt/dreaming, it is just the way human eyes work |
