It may be your eyes moving around. I had this problem before. Try relaxing your eyes before you lay down by turning the lights off etc.. I'm not sure if what your experiencing is a doing of SP or what. |

Ok so here is my problem, right as I start to get into SP my eye lids will start to twitch, vibrate, and quiver! It gets to the point where they are moving so much I cant keep them closed and they crack open. I know I'm getting into SP cause I will feel a huge "weight" come onto my body and I stop hearing physical sounds. But my darn eyelids bring me out of it every time!! I know everyone experiences SP differently, but has anyone else come across this problem? If so let me know what helped you! |

Try using a sleeping mask. That way, looking around if your eyes do open won't boggle you out of SP - you'll just be looking at black. |

We all live in a kind of continuous dream. When we wake, it is because something,
some event, some pinprick even, disturbs the edges of what we have taken as reality.
