      WILD help!! Vibrating eye lids?!?!

Ok so here is my problem, right as I start to get into SP my eye lids will start to twitch, vibrate, and quiver! It gets to the point where they are moving so much I cant keep them closed and they crack open. I know I'm getting into SP cause I will feel a huge "weight" come onto my body and I stop hearing physical sounds. But my darn eyelids bring me out of it every time!! I know everyone experiences SP differently, but has anyone else come across this problem? If so let me know what helped you!

It may be your eyes moving around. I had this problem before. Try relaxing your eyes before you lay down by turning the lights off etc.. I'm not sure if what your experiencing is a doing of SP or what.

I have tried relaxing my eyes before and while it did help a little, my eyelids still went crazy. Im wondering too if this is a doing of SP or not cause I have heard of ppl experiencing vibrations in their body but never in just their eye lids!

Try using a sleeping mask. That way, looking around if your eyes do open won't boggle you out of SP - you'll just be looking at black.
We all live in a kind of continuous dream. When we wake, it is because something,
some event, some pinprick even, disturbs the edges of what we have taken as reality.

Also, If your dream eyes open you will know immediately it's a dream because you know the mask in on.

That happened to me a couple of times. Pretty distracting, I feel your pain!
