I just browse DV for half an hour, I'm gonna try less time tonight, I became too awake.

I WBTB'd when I had my first WILD, and I stayed up for around 15 minutes doing simple math, like one plus one. I also combined it with lucid dreaming, by doing things like...

      1 lucid dream + 3 lucid dreams = _____
      30 lucid dreams + 2 lucid dreams = _____

      And so on. =P
We all live in a kind of continuous dream. When we wake, it is because something,
some event, some pinprick even, disturbs the edges of what we have taken as reality.

I turned on my very bright bedside lamp for a while and that got me really awake, but I read somewhere that you NEED to be exposed to a lot of light to get your mind awake. Hm?

Ha ha I love it. That's an excellent idea! The "adding lucid dreams together" sound like a really good idea, because my guess is it gets your mind active while thinking about LDs. Thanks! I'm definitely going to try it.

Being exposed to too much light will end up making you too awake, and will make it a lot harder for you to fall asleep. I woke up, went to the washroom, went back to bed, and my body didn't fall asleep till about 2 hours later. It all depends.
      hey there.
