I've heard it's hard before bed because your mind is so awake and REM usually doesn't happen until 3or so hrs after you fall asleep

I did a WILD today and it was after lunch and I was a little tired. Try doing that for a nap. I did it on the couch

Someone on this site mentioned that he has a seperate room that he WILD's in. I think that if you go on your bed in your room, your mind will think that it's bed time and you'll konk out, but if you're in a totally different room, then your mind won't think it's time for bed so your mind will me more awake when you sleep (but you trick your body that you ARE sleeping), so you'll be more concious when you enter the dream... ?
