I'm trying to have a WILD for a week. I'm doing it just before bed or when I'm having a nap.But I can only get my body to feel numb and I'm getting some hypnagogic hallucinations.
Twice I had experienced something that was unusual. The first time I started to visualize an endless white room (my hypnagogic hallucinations are starting like red spheres and then they turn out to be pure white light so it is easy to imagine something white),after some time I started seeing a drop of liquid changing forms in mid air, but I was so aware of my body in my bed and my bedroom that it was so strange to be a dream. Was it?
The second time my hands went totally numb and when I try to push them down it feels like they are going through the mattress.Once my hand was touching the wall near my bed and when I was trying to push that way it felt like the wall was made from and elastic material that was vibrating.Has anyone else tried this?
The first time I was trying to have a WILD in the morning (after having a 7-8 hours a sleep ) I did it right away.I've switched to another bed , laid in the posture I've found my body to be after I've woken up previously , and after some time I started to imagine what was I going to do in my dream.Driving cars was the idea and I started to imagine all sorts of cars.I was going from car to car looking for a good one , and then it hit to me man I can drive the GT500 and there it was in an auto salon behind the glass.Up until now it was all cartoon like imaginary but in the moment I went trough the salon front door I was in a lucid dream as vivid as a real life.
So why is it so hard to do this during a nap or before going to bed ? Has anyone did a WILD late at night before going to bed ? What am I doing wrong ?
