Just in case you don't already know...you have a better chance of becoming lucid if you get to bed around 11 or 12, and getting at least 6-8 hours of sleep. Then you'll be more likely to get lucid in the early morning hours. When you go to sleep at 2 or 3am, unless you are sleeping in pretty late till at least 10 or 11am then you might find it harder to become lucid. I find the more I sleep (like 8 hours) the higher the chance of getting lucid. |

Since I started trying to WILD about a week back I've had a blocked nose which just makes regular and relaxed breathing slightly more difficult, but I'm sure it's still possible. |
