      What is reverse blinking ?
      "Lucid Dreaming is OUR own world."
      6 lucid dreams so far,3 sense joining
      3 unintenional. Ive prob had much more, but I don't remember them.

      Just close your eyes and relax your body. Breathe in normally, then exhale. On your exhale, flash your eyelids open like you are blinking in reverse. Do this for every breath in a normal, fairly deep breathing rhythm. Its an insanely easy way to put yourself into a trance state, fall asleep when your mind is racing, or relax when you are stressed out.

      Also try doing a WILD immediately after waking. If you have good control over falling asleep the eye opening problem will not even be an issue. I do most of my WILDs in this manner these days because you can do several per night and the process is very quick.
