      FILD - fail

I have tryed to FILD 3 times now and so far i have failed everytime.
I wake myself up between 5-6 hours after failing asleep ( with alarm clock).
I then shut my eyes and move my fingers ( like piano ) and nothing happens.
One night i think i must of spent 15- 25 mins doing it and nothing happened.

      What am i doing wrong??

Thanks if you can help out

If nothing happens, try doing a reality check after one minute. FILDs usually end up in a false awakening and you cannot tell the difference. Also, if possible, don't use an alarm clock, turning it off wakes you up too much, instead train your body to wake up automatically or set one of those auto turn-off alarms. Hope that helps.

The shattered heart weeps of hidden sorrow.
And over a pure white sky,
      rises a black moon.'

Try just slightly (very slightly) jerking your fingers, as in you can feel them moving slightly but people watching will not be able to tell they're moving.
We all live in a kind of continuous dream. When we wake, it is because something,
some event, some pinprick even, disturbs the edges of what we have taken as reality.

      Failed Again

once again i tryed and i failed , nothing happend. I did the finger movement ( so lightly that people walking past would hardly see) i shut my eyes. And opened them after 50-60 seconds and did a RC but i was not in a dream.

      What am i doing wrong?

Do an RC before you open your eyes. And maybe wake up at a different time or use a different way to wake up.
