May this have been a WILD?

Ok beware this could be quite long and I hope I make sense with this.

Alright well I went to bed at around 11:30 and I couldn't get to sleep at all because I was way to awake I was also aware at that time too. I couldn't take it any longer so I flipped onto my back and just started laying down really still and closed my eyes which was a little bit hard but I managed. Then I started seeing little tiny white lights in my eyelids and then after that I heard some men talking outside of my room (There was absolutley nobody outside my house at this time of night or any cars because by the time I did this it would of been about 1:30 in the morning). Then I started hearing a slight buzzing noise which went for 5 minutes. Then I quickly opened my eyes and had this full adrenaline rush like I just went down a Roller Coaster. Then after that I closed my eyes again and had the same feeling this time I actually felt like I was moving. Then I reopened my eyes and did a Nose Pinch but it didn't work. I also remember whilst opening up my eyes my heart was beating wildly.

So I just want to get some insight on this bizzare experience I had.

      Thank you .

Sounds like you entered sleep paralysis to me.

That is awesome. Is that what WILDing feels like? or is it something much more different.

That is amazing. To bad I opened my eyes up and moved before I could get anywhere into the dream. I'm going to have another go on the weekend .

Hey guys I'm back with some more experiences on my belt from last night.

      Experience 1:
I went to bed at 11:00 and started relaxing then I went on my side and started staying very still and I managed to keep my eyes closed without having to open them. So I started seeing little white balls of light going around so I went with that. After that happened I went numb and started having a tingling feeling on my hands then soon after that I started having that feeling where I was going down a Roller Coaster again but this time it was a bit more intense but before I went further I opened my eyes.

      Experience 2:
As soon as that happened I got in a comfortable position because I wasn't going to give up that soon so I started feeling the whole numb tingly feeling again so as soon as that happened I closed my eyes again and then started seeing some more patterns of white lights in my eyelids this time there was also streaks and different pattern formations. Then I started hearing the buzzing that everyone gets while they are entering Sleep Paralysis anyways I then heard some creature running like crazy outside my window it sounded very strange so I went with it and as soon as it growled (it sounded like a pig snorting aswell) that scared the ever living shit out of me and then I opened my eyes and it stopped.

      Experience 3:
As soon as that stopped I got up very scared and read for a little while when I got up it was about 12:35 so I read until 2:00 and went back to bed anyways after that I started entering SP again and then heard the buzzing again and tingly numb feeling. Anyways so I started seeing some more HI and as soon as I heard the same creature running around I woke up before it escalated because I wasn't going to go through that again. And as soon as I opened my eyes it all stopped so I once again closed my eyes still in SP and then I still heard the buzzing and my HI was a different color it was blue and came in different patterns one was a kind of portal where it got bigger and brighter everytime it came on it was amazing. So after all that just to avoid the whole creature scenario I opened my eyes again and this time I fell asleep.

Sorry if it's long I just wanted to type down what happened last night anyways I hope you enjoy I'm getting closer YAY. One more thing I do this all before bed .

Unfortunatley no luck last night because I was so tired the moment I hit my pillow I fell asleep I might try again this weekend and see how far I can get there. And the creature from my previous experience when it was running it first started slow then as soon as it came a bit closer it went really fast has anyone else experienced this kind of thing?

When WILDing, lay on your stomach or side, because if you are new to WILDing, you could get the old hag, which is feeling of someone pressing on your chest, just imagine mario music or a good song while entering SP, sometime it is frightening, just remember that you can control it.

I have been laying on my side everytime I WILD so the old hag is no problem for me. Yeah I will play Music I love in my head and it will probably play in my Hypnagogia so I would definitly ride that out. Only sometimes it's frightening but my experiences are different each time.

Play it out in your mind multiple times that whatever your experiencing is all in your mind and you have control over, once that has became embedded into your mind, you should then be prepared to face whatever happens, even if it is frightening.

Yeah I usually tell myself "Listen it's all in my head nothing to worry about experience it for what it's worth now relax and let it take you on a fantastic journey". But the problem is it doesn't go well with me to easily since I suffer from some pretty bad Anxiety problems I still have it right now it sucks .

Thats not good, listen to my technique and you may have luck with it, but you have to do exactly what I say or it will not work: 1. Set an alarm for 5 and 1/2 hours into sleep 2. When you wake up, do not get out of bed, and SLAP yourself with your hand to the face moderately HARD 3. Lay back down on your stomach or your side and wait for SP 4. Do not worry about moving a little bit, but when you know you are starting to feel the sensations of SP, that is when you should not move at all(swallowing is okay) 5. When you are riding through SP, think of good music or a comedian, or anything positive to help you not worry about what is going on, and remind yourself that it only lasts 20 seconds to a minute(most of the time, smetimes it can be a min and 30 seconds but that is the max. You should have luck with, when you try it, give me some feedback.

Thank you Dextrochris for the technique. I usually tend to slap myself out of falling asleep or making a mistake. I will only think of good nice music well the type I like of course. Yeah usually I will tell myself it will only last a minute or a few seconds.

Sounds like you are very very close. But I can understand how scary things can feel. But here's a trick that worked for me last night.

As I was falling asleep I felt that I could enter SP easily. But every time I got close I got this creepy feeling that there was going to be something scary in the room so I pulled out of it. Then I told myself that I had a mischievous dream guide who was going to try to scare me by shapeshifting into something frightening. So if I did see something scary in the room, I could say "ha! I caught you!" and then I would get to meet a dream guide. The thought of meeting a dream guide made me completely not afraid.

I ended up giving up on wilding after that, because I had to go to work in 5 hours. But at least I stopped having that creepy feeling.

Yeah I have been able to enter SP easily now. And I'm a little bit used to it now from hearing and seeing it alot. But I still get a little bit scared even though I have had it every night. That is good I'm on the verge of entering the dream I will start getting more used to it once it keeps happening. I like that Dream Guide idea I think I will use that next time. Thanks for supporting me here guys .

Hey guys something unbelivably awesome happened to me this morning.

I went to bed at 10:30 as normal for a School night I drifted off to sleep. Then it was morning about 6:30 or something because my dad and brother had to get ready to go to work so that woke me up. So I started getting wrestless trying to find a comfortable position to go back to sleep. So I just flipped onto my front and was comfortable so I started drifting in and out of sleep as that happened I started having the roller coaster feeling this time I actually went with it instead of waking up. So that took me on a great ride for a few seconds then straight after that I started getting super intense vibrations as if I was going to explode or something and I tried moving but I actually couldn't. My heartrate which would of been Hypnagogia was OFF THE ROOF it was beating as if it was about to burst out of my chest any moment. And then I also started hearing vibration noises you know the kind I could also see my light was moving in different directions on the ceiling of my room.

So what I want to know is what happens with the vibrations does that usually mean your about to get out of your body and start Lucid Dreaming. Or is that just the beginning of it all?
