Okay, I have been successful with this technique and I wanted to know if others are as successful with it as me. To start it off, this is a WILD, so set an alarm for 5 and 1/2 hours into sleep, then when the alarm wakes you up cut it off quickly then slap yourself one time to wake you up more, do not get out of bed whatever you do! Then lay down without moving and without thinking too much and you should enter SP in about 5 minutes. The reason it may work for me is because I wake up throughout the night and when going to fall back asleep I can feel SP but I just ignore it and fall asleep regularly.
