      Whats a Good Way to WILD

      i have WILDed once today first LD but it was so hard anyone have an easier way thx

      DILDs are the best starter method. Keep a journal, reality check regularly and have confidence in having a lucid dream. This is a more "go with the flow method", but simply attempting to increase the frequency they happen. Otherwise, attempting a WBTB may assist in your WILD attempts if you're not doing it already. What specifically was most difficult with your WILD?
