      Is this Sleep Paralysis?

I can reach a state where i get heavy so much that i can barely breath. It may be that bad because i'm usually lying on my front.
Sometimes my heart rate increases, even though i'm relaxed and i know that SP can't hurt me.
I'm not sure if this is full Sleep Paralysis though, cause i tried to move while in it and i could.
I don't feel vibrations or hallucinations, just that heaviness.
Maybe lying on my back will help with the breathing,
but what i want to ask if this is a sign that i'm getting near SP?
Also, how should i breath after it gets harder? Should i keep breathing normal, or take bigger breaths? (i really feel like i don't get enough oxygen then)
And how to continue from here?

Yes, it sounds like you were getting close to full SP.

The heaviness itself is a hallucination; you are not really having any difficulty breathing, it just seems that way. The best thing to do is not to think about it, and to let your body breathe automatically the way it always does. From there, if you are patient, it shouldn't be long before you are in a dream state.

I've had the same issues actually. The breathing feels heavy, but I can't keep myself under. How do you stop from resisting the breathing? I tried breathing out of my nose, but that didn't quite help sadly.

Yes, you're going into SP. Sleeping on your back instead won't fix the feeling of difficulty breathing, because the sensation is part of the 'heaviness' of SP; just try to relax, knowing that you're getting all the oxygen you need, it just seems like you aren't. (There's no way your body would let you keep laying there if you were suffocating. Same with 'my leg aches all of a sudden!' or 'I have to itch my head!' Persevere through the initial discomfort and it would become less and less noticeable as you melt away into a dream. <3
