Awesome LD!! I read this several weeks back and it inspired me to try adding alpha gpc back into my g experiments (which had been few and far between). I have tried it 3 times since 10/16 with 2 great results and 1 good results using between 55 and 90 minutes between taking the gpc and the g (I also take choline bitartrate, 500 mg. Is there a reason you don't also take choline with the g and gpc like Yuschak's triple play?).

I posted the latest of the 3 here on my DV DJ if you are interested, haven't posted the others so far.
Nice results, fogelbise, congrats! I will check your DJ.

I am not using regular choline, because I feel like alpha gpc gives me personally better results.

Choline has a short time to peak, so it peaks together with galantamine, when taken together. Which is about one hour after taking.

Alpha GPC has 3 hrs till peak effect. So I take it first, then sleep one more hour. Then 30 min WBTB till I take galantamine. Then I go to sleep and it may take me up to an hour to fall asleep. So I fall asleep when GM peaks and alpha gpc is 2.5 hrs into it's effect and is about to peak. This way GM is at it's best and I still have 30 min of peak performance of alpha gpc.

Yuschak says, that you need aplha gpc to continue giving you choline after regular choline runs out, since aplha gpc has later release. So I figured I dont need choline, since I wild when gpc is already working.

Reading an article about differences between OBEs and LDs, I just remembered that I was getting some gentle vibrations just before I fell asleep.
They are quite different, Like I know what's down the hole from AP's long ago. The dark places is what's down there in an OBE or AP!
and if you continue down enough you may start to see the red glow of hell below and hear the screams of the demons fighting and instinct for survival alone is enough to turn you around..
In lucid dreaming that's not maybe the case but I had so much AP training that it stuck. Of course if I dig a nice, fresh hole it's a different story, Whatever I expect is what will be in it.. Even Candy!

I've been doing this too lately, just enjoying the details and exploring. I know the feeling of 'my face grinning ear to ear' and wonder if I'm actually grinning in bed.

I think it's best for my "adventures" to stay away from the forum. But if you feel like discussing this topic in general, feel free to make a thread, woblybil : D

Yes, I know that form of cranky, too, heh! I think it's a form of focus (stubbornness? obstinance?) that leads to success.

Having your LD time every week regularly scheduled probably establishes a nice strong expectation.

Everyone has their special-i-tay. WILD is not mine. Working on it! Awesome dreams, can't wait to read more entries .

I used to get long 5-7 DEILD chains (40min+) without any supplements. Then I took a night job and it all went to hell. Now back on day shifts, having only one day a week to lucid I'm scared to take chances and wild without help. It honestly makes me cranky if I don't get my lucid for a week.

      Happy lucids ya'all
We all seem to slip with time, I used to be able to fly up to the top of the realm past the dream ball (where spent dreams go) to a crossroads, I could go from there on upward to awake, I could go back and recall the dream, I could go back upside down and loop back down and repeat the dream or go forward to the next dream..Now I'm lucky to squeeze in a couple accidental lucid's a week........

ps: and I know what you mean about cranky, If I don't get my lucid for a few nights or naps it starts to nag at me all day long.....

I think that it depends a lot on how deep we managed to fall asleep before something exciting happens. And that is not skills, it's just luck I guess. So I'm not like good at it, I only was lucky to be in the stage of sleep when waking up was less likely.

So don't be so hard on yourself : D

Besides you guys are awesome LDers with lot more adventures and skills than I have. : D

BTW, if anybody is interested in Galantamine. I used to use GalantaMind from amazon. It's quite expensive and I think they don't have it anymore. Those were capsules filled with powder., mixed with some choline and B5.

Now I have pure galantamine in form of tiny pills. No other ingredients. I use it with Alpha GPC about once a week. So far it worked every time I took it and fall asleep. It's also from amazon, by Relentless Improvement.

I'm not trying to claim that this GM is better than the other. But right now it works pretty good for me.

But again, I used to get long 5-7 DEILD chains (40min+) without any supplements. Then I took a night job and it all went to hell. Now back on day shifts, having only one day a week to lucid I'm scared to take chances and wild without help. It honestly makes me cranky if I don't get my lucid for a week.

      Happy lucids ya'all!
