yes, exactly !! as it would be written by me. everything is correct. |

I can't think of anything else. You might check into homeopathic remedies and diet changes. Just don't spend a bunch of money on anything. |

Hi guys, your case is so special.I did not hear about this before.I suggest to you concern with your physician , he surely help in better way. |

As far as I have heard or can tell, RLS is one of those things doctors come up with when they simply don't know what is going on. For a lot of my adolescence I had it HARDCORE all the time, especially when trying to go to bed. I don't remember exactly when it went away, probably when I started smoking a lot of weed. I believe it is simply excess tension stored in your legs. I do tension reduction exercises before I meditate, and one of them is this. Try it and see if it helps? When I do it, I can definitely feel the difference. A lot of my tension seems to go to my legs for some reason. Try doing it one or two times a day for a few days and see what happens. |

ok, i forgot to add. iif i go to sleep normally it will not ocur. but when i awake in night and i try to do astral projection - it starts and does not stop for full night. |

My doctor likes to say, "If it hurts when you do that then don't do that." |
|
I think I have it too, annoying ain't it? I think it's cause I drink energy drinks which have caffeine in it quite a lot, when at school I have one a day or every other day |
|
maybe try singing to your legs? |
|
As much as I've tried overcoming RLS through will power alone I've failed. I don't think its possible. There might be some medicines or whatever, but I hate pills. Keep looking. |

I just roll over. Lying on my back seems to make my legs twitch more. If I've got a really bad night, I'll get up, stretch my legs, go to the bathroom... |
|
Neversoft: Have you ever smoked weed, and does it help if so? If not, you should try it, though anyone who hasn't tried weed at this point has probably gone out of their way to do so haha so maybe you don't want to. I don't remember exactly what point in my life my RLS vanished, so I'm curious if that's what did it. |

I've found that getting up and touching my toes a dozen times (aka stretching your lower legs) goes a long way to calming restless legs. |

rls is a form of anxiety. I have it pretty bad. look into relaxing herbs and stuff that lowers anxiety (i'm not just talking about weed I know my avatar) and I don't recommend benzos although they will do the trick no doubt. |

You can try tensing your leg muscles for about ten seconds or longer and then suddenly relaxing them. That always works with me. |
