I'm overly convinced that neither one helps Dreaming. I smoke every day and I've noticed that as long as I haven't taken a hit for a couple hours before bed, I Dream ok but no Lucids. Anything closer to bedtime and I feel like I didn't Dream at all. Same thing with alcohol. If I get a comfortable buzz going and pass out, I'm awake before I realize wtf is goin on. Again, no Dreams it would seem. |
