Was becoming lucid daily now not at all for almost a month..

Ever since I started practicing LD, I was getting results. In the begining I was becoming lucid once a week, then a couple times a week and then almost daily. It was to the point I didn't need RC, I was just becoming aware or was doing WILDs. Now It's been almost a month and I've only had one. Is that natural?

Did you get complacent and think that you had "cracked" lucid dreaming (slowly stopped doing reality checks, stopped directing attention towards dreams and thinking about dreams in general)? If so, you may just need to refocus your efforts.

If not, you may just be distracted by life in general. Any changes to your sleep habits? Taking any new medications that might affect dreams and sleep?

Your initial success seems promising to me, and makes me think that even if you are on a dry spell, it probably will not last too long. Just keep practicing your day work, think about what you are going to do in your next lucid, and remember to do WBTB and induction when you can. Good luck. Let us know how it goes.
