      Lucid Dream MILD tips?

I have read laberges MILD guide and have been doing the daily targets and MILD as he instructed for about 2 months. Nothing still, so I was wondering, are there any MILD expert who could give me some tips?

When imagining the dream, make sure the association between the dream and what you intending is personally meaningful. The more meaningful it is, the easier it will be to remember. It is like stamping your intention onto to the dream so that when the dream is experienced again, the intention comes to mind.

My tip concerns remembering it after waking up. Just keep your eyes closed and think back through your mind; think about all of the different things that happened. I usually backtrack, and then once I've gone back and thought about all of the things that happened during my lucid dream, I will then write it down. Doing this helps lock it in my memory too.

I was wondering, how do you deal with a wandering mind? My mind does it like crazy and I remember really cringe worthy stuff, making it difficult to concentrate on LD'ing

Acknowledge that your mind is wandering and gently redirect your mind back to LD'ing. Do this as many times as you need to.
