Whenever I had less motivation, would start using my lucids for waking life problems. Studying, practicing movements, proposing new ideas for myself and what not. I mean, lucid dreaming is NOT only for dreams, it can be very much useful for the waking world.
Also, another thing that helps me a lot with motivation is getting someone to speak with about lucid dreaming, thats about it for me at least.
So don't getdown, there are enough things to try in a lucid dream that you can have even more goals. For example, how many times have you meditated in a lucid dream like you do in waking? THat would be a good goal for you right?
