Hey all.... life is a dream?

Hey there my name is Dan, and I'm a dreamer. I have been lucid dreaming since I was about 14 (20 now). I originally did it to stop nightmares, then I got more interested when I learned to fly (swim). I've been lurking DV for a while, learned a lot from it. Now I hope to put something back into the community. If you would like to chat please hit me up, I'm always looking for people to talk to

Hey there Dan! Lucid dreaming is quite cool... I am about your age, i will be twenty in October. If you have any questions, feel free toask.
If you see a strange typo in my post, blame my iPad for that.

      Hi dan,
Welcome to DV. I see you are from Scotland. I took a girl to the Isle of Skye for a camping trip. Had to chase the tent across the field when the wind blew it away like a big beach ball. Rained. We wore all our cloths to bed but still cold. Woke up and had sheep looking in the door of the tent. Overall it was a great trip. Love the rugged countryside.
Look forward to chatting with you about your dreaming experiences. Particularly interested in ideas about controlling nightmares.

Imagine a place where everything that can happen, does happen; where past, present, and future are all together; a kaleidoscope of worlds – form without substance, ripples upon ripples upon waves upon waves of pure experience – limitless worlds of possibility, existing beyond time ... This is the world ... we visit each night in our dreams.

      Welcome to the forum!

I can say I had a similar experience to LucidPotential in Yellowstone National Park (Wyoming, USA) but it was buffalo and moose in the campsite that kept me in the tent. It's weird unzipping the tent door and finding an animal as large as many SUV's standing between you and the picnic table.

If you like to chat we have an acvtive webchat linked at the top of the page. Stop by sometime!

      Pleasant dreams!
