So, tonight I tried to do some meditation before going to sleep because I was really stressed. I stumbled upon this video: 8 hours Sleep Hypnosis (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=L6BiD1VQgZI). So I...

Most vitamin supplements or multivitamins take about 4 hours to be fully digested. I'm no bio or ochem major, so take what I say with a grain of salt, but I'd recommend taking them at lunch while...

Same here. I used to get them frequently when I was younger, but I can't remember the last time. I do still get a sensation of gently floating either up or down, but it's a pleasant sensation and not...

Yep, this is a hypnagogic jerk (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Hypnagogic_jerk). They happen to almost everybody. Sensations of falling are quite common with them, and others are possible. Sometimes...

It happens to me occassionally too. Right at the moment I'm about to enter my dream world. Nothing unusual about it IMO. usually weird stuff like I'm about to trip or fall off of a chair. Drives me...

^^ Another quick answer: If I understand you right, Ben, you might have just been dreaming you were lucid, which I believe can happen. The general feel of lucidity, I think, is one of feeling...

Hi, Indeed it might've been lucid if you tried some kind of 'Dream Control' stuff :yeah Doing reality check or telling yourself that your dreaming can often be userful since that will be strong...

Hey! I dont think you were lucid dreaming. Even you fell that you were runing that doesnt mean that you fully made the transition to lucidity. What I am trying to say is that in a lucid dream you...

Hey there, To be honest it doesn't sound as though that was a lucid dream. You do, however, seem to have pretty good dream recall which is a very good start. With using the WBTB method and...

Been there, done that. I know how it feels. Just don't think about it. I know it is hard, but I had the same issue and until I stopped "panicking" I couldn't sleep.

I was being attacked in my brother's house by someone and I blew it up, while my brother was near. (I don't remember the
details of the explosion,
don't know how it exploded, but previously in the dream there had been many others)...somehow surviving in the middle of it.
I hopped a bunch of fences until I got to the main road, which led up to my school. A bunch of kids yelling something about emoticons were walking up it, and I lowered my pace here. I eventually got to the school, and got nervous in the dream
as I missed my bus and the school was trashed.
I woke up guilty before I realised it was a dream.
And if you want to know how many explosions there were before the brother's house part, I cannot remember, but imagine it being like a Micheal Bay film xD
