Spirit's Music

Hiya Guys

Some of you have recently heard my music and have suggested that I make a thread. So here you go...

I have been singing since I was 5 and writing music since I was 10 years old. I started composing when I bought a old run down keyboard from a charity shop for £2.50...yes I know cheap!

For my 16th birthday I was given a proper keyboard and recording equipment. Since then it became my pastime to create music and write songs.

Since joining DV I soon discovered that my music was aiding me in my Lucid Dreaming and so that made it even more special to try and compose something decent and different.

I am not a professional, so please don't expect amazing stuff!
For the record...I cannot read music, and I have no idea what notes I am playing. I improvise only and play by ear. There is no skill in what I do, even though some of you seem to think its pretty good.

If you guys like what you hear, I will upload and post anything that I compose. Also if you have any feedback, positive or negative I would love to hear it

So here are a fair few for you to get yourselves into...as I said if you like my music I am happy to post anything new that I compose

Apologies for the quality of some of them, I have only just got myself a decent mike to record in the last few months...

The idea that you simply play and improvise by ear is very interesting!

You say, "There is no skill in what I do," but clearly that can't be true. You improvise, play by ear, and sing much better than I do.

I suck at playing music unless I'm looking directly at what to play. I can't play music unless it's already written.
