So I follow this technique suggested by bluefley which says I should first start with lineart until I'm really good at it, then move to greyscale and do the same, then move to coloring.

I've been doing this, practicing mostly lineart, composition, figure drawing (proportions), perspective. But I can't wait till I reach the coloring level, and I haven't reached greyscale yet!

So what I usually do is either photo manipulation or getting a black and white pic and coloring it myself.

So I just finished my latest painting from a b&w image.

I basically sent the screenshot of the original art into Photoshop touch (I don't have a PC D: ) and changed it to b&w. Then I proceeded with coloring. I'm hoping I can get some crits.
