So I got very little sleep last night (probably about three hours) because I had to get up early for an appointment and for whatever reason I just couldn't get comfortable. So today after my appointment I came home and hung out for a little while, then around 10:00 decided I'd take a nap. I hear morning naps are a good time to WILD, and while I didn't try that, I at least figured I might be able to go for a DILD because naps are allegedly more REM-intensive. |
