I have a really busy work schedule during the day so I don't really have the time to nap or anything, but when I slip into my bed at night, I am extremely relaxed so that's not a problem. Sometimes as I half awake, half asleep, I can sorta visualize dreams really well, but that's only sometimes. I am looking for a way to keep my mind consciously aware as my body falls asleep, but not having to interrupt my regular sleep schedule. So if anyone has any effective methods for that, I would really appreciate it! Thanks! |
