Unhappy DEILD --> SP not working ...

      Guys & Girls,

I trained myself not to move or open eyes pretty well after my dream.
Then slowly I hear a peep in my ears...the sound gets replaced by utter silence.
I feel some strange energy ...it passes away ..and its gone ..

How to enter DEILD and full SP ???

      JP

Maybe you're changing your breathing pattern (it has to remain like it is when you're sleeping), or you're becoming too excited. The energy you're feeling is probably SP or the beginning of a dream.

It helps if you imagine the dream you just came out of, including imagining tactile, auditory, and visual sensations. If you were walking along the sidewalk, imagine the feeling of your feet moving along the concrete, and imagine the sounds around you. Daydreaming helps you trick your mind into thinking you're still asleep... until you get into the real dream, that is.
We all live in a kind of continuous dream. When we wake, it is because something,
some event, some pinprick even, disturbs the edges of what we have taken as reality.

I like DEILD's because most of the time there is no SP.

For DEILD you normally dont have full SP. Most people dont have any. Try visualizing the last dream you had and put some senses in the dream. I would love to help you if your having trouble, just PM me.

I was always a dreamer, in childhood especially. People thought I was a little strange.-Charley pride
