      Partial Sleep Paralysis?

      Hey guys.

I've been messing around trying to WILD lately and when I lie down to go to sleep, I relax my body in almost a systematic way. I try to relax my toes, then my feet, then my ankles, then my calves, and so on and so forth until I'm essentially completely relaxed. After a few minutes my extremities go numbish, especially my hands and my thighs, but my torso never really goes numb or anything like that. Am I doing something wrong?

Also, when I try to WILD I either remain aware and awake and end up losing a lot of sleep, or start out aware and just sort of drift off. If you guys have any advice for me, I'd much appreciate it.

      Thanks

That happens to me, too. Try putting a hot water bottle near or on the places that become numb; numbness, I believe, is caused by less circulation or just not moving. It helps me.
We all live in a kind of continuous dream. When we wake, it is because something,
some event, some pinprick even, disturbs the edges of what we have taken as reality.
