      Not feeling excited when realising that I am dreaming

      In both of the times that I've realised that I'm dreaming, I never felt excited, the dream never fades, I just sort of accept it. Have these dreams actually been lucid? Because I heard that most people have trouble stabilising the dream out of excitement.
      Also, does this happen to anyone else?
