I'd try but I would to adjust my sleeping schedule because I usually go to bed at like 11 or midnight. So it might take me a while to get use to falling asleep at 9 30. |

Yeah, just work with 11 as a bed time? and whatever wake time/altered awake time works with your schedule/amount of sleep. |

Oops. When I made the above posts, I forgot that my late-running class on Wednesday night would mess this up. Sorry. My plan now is to go to bed at 9:30 and wake up at 6 for the next 6 nights, starting tonight, then go to class next Wednesday, then start Part 2 of this next Thursday. |
