Its a dream, so get a little creative with methods of doing things. Try taking a "feel refreshed instantly" pill in a dream, cast a spell on yourself, left your thumbs up with the expectations of your desired state. |

this morning, I had a lucid dream. Although everything in my dream (my room) is very stable and real, i didn't have a good lucid dream. Because I felt very very sleepy. I tried to wash my face by water, but it didn't work. My eyes just wanted to stick together. That's why my lucid was not very interesting. |

Maybe it was a one-time thing. If it happens again, elucid's suggestions are good. Maybe you could even tell the dream to "wake you up". |

We all live in a kind of continuous dream. When we wake, it is because something,
some event, some pinprick even, disturbs the edges of what we have taken as reality.

I get this all the time in my dreams. Whenever my dreams require me to do something "physically intensive" everything goes black and I get extremely tired. I haven't really found any way to stop it besides opening your eyes again. |

I had a similar feeling last night where it felt like my energy was being sapped by some nearby force. I just roared with rage to empower myself - worked well. This also works in real life when you feel ridiculously tired. Just roar. |

I've had a similar problem a few times. In one, I was fully lucid, but my dream body felt very tired and weak, and I could barely move. I figured it was because I was still focused on my physical body, or something. So I tried to create a new dream body for myself. It sort of worked, except that I soon lost lucidity. |
