I've been on a routine for over a week now that has TOTALLY increased my dream recall, control, and lucidity. I'll answer the questions given my routine: |

1. During weekdays I don't vary more than an hour, but weekends are all over the place. |

That's very interesting. Is there any part of your routine (meditation, nutrition etc) that you would say has contributed most to your continual success? For me, mine have mostly increased from meditation; however, it's difficult for me to find the window of opportunity most conducive to WILDs (possibly because of my erratic sleeping patterns). |
