Hey all,

I've been doing pretty poorly lately in terms of lucid dream frequency. I'm a really heavy sleeper, so I'm wondering if anyone has some good ideas of techniques that would work well keeping this in mind.

A little more detail: sometimes it takes me a while to fall asleep, but once I'm asleep I usually stay asleep for a long time. I feel like unless I forced myself out of bed eventually, I could just go on sleeping for hours on end. When I do wake up, I can usually fall back asleep VERY fast, sometimes within like 20 seconds, at least as far as I remember. When I try techniques like WILD, FILD, etc., I rarely get any sort of sleep paralysis or hypnagogic imagery: usually I will either fall asleep quickly, or be unable to sleep for about an hour until I finally lose focus and fall asleep.

Does anyone have advice for taking advantage of being a heavy sleeper?
