I've had these for a while, so I am not really scared of them, but some times I just get out of control and my mind quickly snaps back into full awareness and coinsciousnes (that's a hard word to spell, and the dictionary wont help me ). When I am hallucinating like that I feel really sleepy and dreamy, but conscious so maybe if I can go through the hallucinations I can preform a WILD?
Our brainwaves naturally go from Alpha (relaxed) to Theta (daydreaming) to Delta (deep sleep) . Sounds like you are in Theta when you hear your auditory hallucinations. Its natural. Your brain is going through its shut sown process. Try visualizing something relaxing during this stage. Happy dreaming!
