      Meditation Advice for Lucid Dreaming

      I'm just going to ask this sweet and simple:
      Is there any kind of visual meditation that anyone is successful with at night before going to sleep that helps lead to a lucid dream?

      Chakra related, third eye, etc etc ???

      Any advice is appreciated
