      Try This Unusual Method

I am going to try this method I found elsewhere.

      ---

Pracitice every night for two weeks with intention and you shall see results.

Perform for ten minutes, preferably three times a day.

In front of a mirror, at a distance of about 6 to 12 inches gaze into your eyes.

Think as if you were asleep. Repeat this step for five minutes.

Repeat a few times, 'I am awake', yet feeling as if you are in a dream.

Next imagine that you are waking up in a dream and that you are in control of everyting around you, yet still gazing into your eyes. Repeat this step for five minutes.

When you go to bed think about what you experienced in the mirror.

Very, very interesting! It's almost as if you look deep into yourself and become lucid in waking life...why not give it a shot!

That is a cool idea. I think the critical part is imagining that you are becoming lucid in a dream. That is how I remember to do anything (including lucid dreaming). I visualize myself doing it.
