      How do I get False Awakenings??

      I heard they can help in the induction of lucid dreams so im wondering if there are ways to get more...

      They usually happen during WILDs but can happen any time during a dream. You'd have to practice doing RCs every time you wake up.

      If you can become lucid during a FA, you can become lucid any other time. Just keep practicing your technique and you won't necessarily need FAs to induce lucidity.
