      Lightbulb PB+Valerian+Melatonin=Vivid/Lucid Dreams?

I'm gonna be trying this tonight.

I've been hearing stuff about peanut butter, so i'll get a knife-full of that, then a melatonin and valerian root pill. I'll post back tomorrow to let you know how things go. I've been out of the swing for a few months, but seeing Inception again inspired me to try again, so I'm hoping for at least a vivid dream tonight. Wish me luck

ihad excellent succes with Valerian root tea, almost 100% recall, and i hear the capsuls work even better because they release the ingridients slowly over time while you sleep where as tea is one big hit.

today i got the Glantamind (4g Glatamine 100 Choline) which i have read all over the place people having excellent sucess so ill try that tonight i also got Choline & Inositol.

      cant wait to sleep tonight

With Valerian root I recall arounf five vivid dreams a night. They're more memorable because I feel that the more vivid a dream I have, the more my emotions are involved...

Tonight: Valerian capsules + Peanut butter + "Lucid Juice"

has anyone who has tried valerian also tried mugwort? ive tried mugwort and had great effects, placebo or not and would be interested to hear a comparison. hopefully both will soon be springing up round here so i can go picking/digging for them. nothing like a bit of dream foraging

SO i did this for two nights, sorry for not posting back sooner. I've gotten some kind of stomach flu so it may be messing up me sleep patterns. Using this combo I have had very vivid dreams each night. I need to get a method down, I was thinking RC-MILD or something along those lines. I am happy that these are giving me good recall, because its half the battle to becoming lucid. I'll continue to post daily on my progress.

Valerian capsules, peanut butter, cheese, apple juice... same thing. I believe it is the expectation of a lucid dream experience that is the driving force behind these magic foods. But hey, if you think eating cream cheese, or whatever, helps with enhancing an LD then... it does!

yeah things work best for me when i am very confident in LD'ing, the foods and pills just help slightly. CONFIDENCE IS KEY!

sure placebos are great and very good for lucids, but try something like mushies and come back and say that

although now i have said that, the best realisation that you can have on mushies is that your mind is creating the experience. although i wouldnt have known how without a litle nudge

thats a good point, and true to a point. I think the same way but i was normally having 2-3 dreams a night from what i could guess with remembering bits and pieces from each, obv remembered the most from the most recent. so i got valerian root tea, with out that many expectation as i wasnt sure if it would work or not so my attetude was tomorrow ill find out i guess. anyway i woke up and thought shit this does really work, i had 5 long vivid dreams and lucid in 2 of them with clear memory of all of them, i even had breakfast before i wrote them down in the journal and each dream was a page and a half i wrote down.

i highly highly reccomend valerian root tea. i read good stuff about the capsul but because i just bought this Glantamind suppliment which was fake i was hesitant to try newsuppliment as i had ran out of the tea so i bought the tea again.

Hey mrsf0011, does the tea taste terrible?? Also, when do you drink it?

On a side note, how did you enter into lucidity?

      Exclamation Ahhhhhhhhhhhhh!

So the last three nights I've been following this regimen and now I must say, it would've worked for sure, but it made me so sleepy that I forgot to do a mantra or even think about lucid dreaming. I was gonna try WILD one night: fell asleep to fast. MILD: fell asleep to fast. BUT every night I had long vivid dreams. I'm gonna get it right tonight. Anybody else doing this regimen?
