Easy way to have lucid dreams

I have been thinking about some thing. I was thinking the easiest way to ld is probably either mild or dild but when i was starting out i thoughtt wilds would be the easiest. but they aren't. even though it seems like if you master wilds it will be awesome, wich it would, but that is extremely hard. so i was thinking if you wwrite down your dreams every night as descriptive as possibly you will begin to have more vivid dreams and will remember your dreams more. what i have been thinking was that maybe its not that you have dreams everynight, wich you do, the reason why you dont remember them is because A. they weren't vivid enough to remember. or B. you weren't concsious (lucid) enough to remember. MAybe dreams are more of a lot of thoughts that just go through your head and dont take shape until you start observing them and stuff. what im saying is you wont be able to remember your dreams unless they are actually some thing and that you wont have these "something" dreams until you start writing down your dreams and trying to remeber them. also i think that it would be way easier to think am i dreaming in a dream if they were more complex and not just thought, wich would result in more lucid dreams and you would be able to recognize more dream signs so everytime you saw a cat you did a reality check or whatever you would become lucid.so it would be kind of a domino effect. i might be wrong ,and i am not a very good writer so it might not have even made ant sense, but tell me what you think about my theory.

dild/mild<deild<wild fpr me in terms of order of learning and difficulty. i like what you said about dreams not forming until you put some kind of focus onto them. would explain why we seem to have dream imagery as soon as we fall asleep but not technically what you would call a dream

Eh, the imagery as we are falling asleep isn't a dream; its just subconscious thought. And if you ever have a dream that didn't really have substance, it was only thoughts, it was a NREM dream. REM dreams always have 'shape' and are 'somethings.'

yea, ever since i can remember i have been able to recall multiple dreams with fair recall. i dont have to right everything out, and there is both subconcious thought and dreams, you will have both regardless of what you write down, but writing can improve your recall and help with signs.

Easiest is DILD. Aside from that, remembering your dreams has nothing to really do with being lucid or them being very vivid. It just takes practice. A good memory helps! I have on average 3 fulls dreams a night that I remember. I agree that some of them aren't either long enough or full-on dreams so you tend to not remember those. Writing them down is a smart thing to do -Chase

yeah thats what im getting at. its just a complete mess of sunbonscious thoughts until you get into rem and are conscious enough to give it some attention and the dream forms

but what i mean is what if you don't give it that much attention so you don't remember it. even if you don't know its a dream you still control yourself a little bit so when you aren't very consiouse you may just be watching it. but if you are more aware or more awake, you might have more control on the dream and remember it more, like you are more part of the dream and you are thinking more and are more reasonable and think about "wait a minute why are the trees blue" or one of my favorites "old men don't rape me in real life i must be dreaming" (that really happened i became lucid and beat the old man up.
so what im saying if you are more awake in your dreams and you aren't just watching your subconsious telling stories or whatever and you are participating in it you may think more and do a reality check. also how do you think you could become more aware in a dream.
