Thread: I always enter a lucid dream this way...

Hi, I had 2 weeks ago my first lucid dream
But this monday I had 2 lucid dreams in 1 morning

But all the 3 lucid dreams I attained lucid with same technique.

I was sick so I didn't go to school monday, but I woke-up something like 6'o clock.
Then trying to get back to sleep, but here's the weird part what everytime happen when I become lucid: "I feel my whole body shivering then I know I will do wild/ enter SP but it's weird because when I wake up from the lucid dream I never know if I dreamed that I was going to enter SP or it was real."

Also when I then enter the SP I see all weird things like purple colours and things comming in my eye.

This money when I entered SP this happened: " the shivering part from above and then I saw different object like a glass and I was rotating around the glass then when then when I made 3 circles I landed on a hard ground, then looked at my hands and lucid

But this also happened I was rotating circles from the girl of "the ring" yes that horror girl. I don't remember I was afraid of something but when I made 3 circles about here I landed on the roof on a house with all snow.

So 3 lucid dreamings and all were the same how I became it.... 'waking up in the morning > trying to get back at sleep > dreaming that I enter a SP or I really enter the SP with my real body> rotating circles around objects in a room (The whole room is verry dark I see only the object like a glass or the wife from the ring)> I land then in a lucid dream..

Why is this?
