      Help with WILD

Ok so I got this lucid dream after an accidental WILD but in my dream even tho I was conscious I had one of my eyes almost closed like when u are really tired and u can't open them... I tried to open it with my hands, but I couldn't it was really frustating since I gave all my attention to that and soon I woke up

Anyone have a tip on that?

You could try several things. You could attempt to close both eyes and just see through your eyelids. You could also try to rub your eyes gently until it opens up. You could also look around for some eye drops which work brilliantly in lucid dreams. The easiest way to get them would to search your pockets. If they aren't there the first few times, just keep feeling around for them and they won't be hard to find. You could also try blinking rapidly until the eye fully opens up.

Watchin ur display picture I wanted to ask you something... hope you don't mind

I'm a marihuana user, sometimes I go to bed high or after getting high, do you think marihuana is good or bad for LD?

I find it quite hard to remember my dreams after I slept high but my dreams seems to be more vivid any tip on that?

Yeah, the main problem dreamers have with pot, is they have trouble recalling dreams. I have built up my recall and weed doesn't have any negative effects on my lucid dreaming whatsoever. If you want to build your recall fast, try setting alarms throughout the night. This way you can wake up soon after the dreams and can write them down. That way they won't be lost as the night progresses. Just fall asleep expecting to remember your dreams and know 100% in your mind that you won't have any recall troubles. If you get used to dreaming while being high, it won't have any negative effects.

And my final question if you don't mind...

I think RC's are the key do you agree with me?

If you're having any problems with your body, or eyes, or disorientation, try imagining a completely new body for yourself. Remember, by the time you're dreaming, you don't need to open your eyes. You don't really even have any eyes. Just imagine yourself doing something vivid that engages your senses, and it should take over, replacing your current disorientation.

RCs are effective when used properly. Too many dreamers simply go through the motions with RCs, thus rendering them useless. When you perform a RC, take a few moments to look around at your environment. Pretend that you are in a dream and ask yourself, "Could I be dreaming right now?" Then perform your RC. You want to truly question your reality in order for the RCs to be most effective.
