Last night I let go all my thoughts before going to bed through meditation. Once fully relaxed I was still inside and from this stillness I could sense a deep power, just by letting go, by allowing form to arise and go (sounds, thoughts, feelings). From this state I set my intent with no effort and once done I just went straight to bed. Even if you don't necessarily need to meditate to feel confident, it can help you to get in touch with your subconscious without the endless stream of thinking in between. I had 3 lucids last night. Let them flow guys!! |
