R.I.P. Carl.
I always thought it could be helpful to induce a lucid dream, like if you hear a certain song in a dream that you associate with dreaming it might help you realize you're dreaming. I have never tried it though nor have I ever heard of anyone having a lot of success with it. Definitely seems doable though. |

Our hearing, as it has been proven scientifically, never quite goes to sleep. This ability falls under the category of 'survival of the fittest' as we developed it as a defense mechanism. This is why we wake up for telephone calls, fire alarms and the dreaded alarm clock. The best way to incorporate music into lucid dream induction is to imagine it in a specific scenario. For example, visualize sitting in the audience while someone plays the music or possible visualize an ice skater moving to the music. One hint: make it relaxing music as soothing music naturally induces the Alpha (relaxed) brainwave state. |

Instead of MILD or WILD do VILD. visualize yourself listening to music in a dream. |

I was always a dreamer, in childhood especially. People thought I was a little strange.-Charley pride
